| | Reviewed by: jdowns84, Shoots in the 80s Summary: This is an average course at est. It does have some redeeming features. There are several doglegs in the course with ditches coming into play. Some of the fairways are open pasture land. Greens depend on what time of year you go. Durig the summer, pretty good. Winter, pathetic. Decent layout. Customer Service: Decent Similar Courses Played: Newly remodeled clubhouse and pool. Pretty good from what I saw.

| | Reviewed by: kirksey74, Shoots in the 70s Summary: Great Course to improve your game.
It does require shot making on many holes. Water comes into play on 11 holes. Greens were totally re done 3 years ago and are still not fully mature, but are getting there. Customer Service: Great hospitality and workers Similar Courses Played: 2 putting greens, a great chipping green, a great range, and a great wedge range. Also excelletn burgers.

| | Reviewed by: dbrax5, Shoots in the 70s Summary: A golf course trying to be more than it is. There is no room for expansion of the nine holes, so features are added periodically to challenge the locals. If it stays in business long enough, it will eventually resemble a putt-putt course. However, the course does have some nice contours, requiring proper shot-making ability and club selection. At times the greenskeepers get out of hand, and it's like putting on the kitchen counter. Local tournaments are a blast for those who aren't deterred by ridiculous rules. Beer flows like wine.

| | Reviewed by: Jim Abraham, Shoots in the 100s Summary: Fantastic Layout
Every hole on the course was unique. A lot more difficult than the slope and rating lead you to believe. The elevation changes were remarkable for a Louisiana golf course. Customer Service: The staff was very hospitable. Could have used a club cleaning service after the round. Similar Courses Played: Food was average. Bathrooms needed cleaning.
