| | Reviewed by: dkauctions, Shoots in the 80s, from LA Summary: This is a very good course for the money. Fairways and greens are usually well maintained. Rough is not very high but trees and water come into play on many holes (especially holes 8-18). The course plays at a fast pace even when fairly busy. Customer Service: Friendly.

| | Reviewed by: Tony Twillie, Shoot in the 90s, from Slidell, LA Summary: A nice daily fee course. Wide open to begin with tightening up on the back. Scoring holes 1-6, good luck on holes 7-12, get done and get out 13-18. Course is not long, even from the tips and most holes can be scored on.Wind can be a factor on the open front 8 holes. Usually well maintained and cut, rough fair for the players normally playing here, greens usually not too fast but sometimes not well kept. NO SAND!but some water and unusual swales keep things interesting. Maybe the most talked about finishing hole around a double dogleg which requires two carries over the same canal in the shape of a U. Forget birdie or reaching in less than 3. Customer Service: Always welcome (I'm biased -it's my home course), but visitors seem happy Similar Courses Played: Decent pro shop, friendly restaurant staff.
