| | Reviewed by: Ty Golden, Shoots in the 70s, from Brookfield Summary: I've played Island Green 4 times. All times were in mid-May. The facilities are excellent. This very young course still shows its age, but will eventually be a championship course. Like all courses, at Island Green some holes are more challenging than others. Im sure the course wasn't in it's best shape when I played it. But it was still a beautiful place to play. The course gets its name from the Island Green 15th hole; a huge green placed in the center of a small lake. It's a have to see course if youre in the are

| | Reviewed by: Randy Withrow, Shoot in the 100s, from Newton, Kansas USA Summary: This was a beautiful course that was in excellent condition. Only along the back side of Hole #14 did the course show its relatively young age. There was some significant repairs going on hole #11 that dropped the quality, but only by a small amount. I think that the biggest problem was for the size and quality of the course, there were only two staff people, one in the pro shop and one in the food area. It was VERY hot and humid, and there was no water available on the back 9. It was also cart path only, and for the slope of the course, that meant a lot of walking! Don't get me wrong, this is a great place to golf, and we will be back!! Great value and wonderful course. Customer Service: Tee time was easy too set up, especially seeing how the course we were going to play that day closed without notice! They went out of their way to accomadate our needs. Wished there had been some staff out on the course to help the players out on the course. Similar Courses Played: Loved the free range ball and cart inclusive pricing! Very high class facility.
