| | Reviewed by: L D Smith, Shoot in the 80s, from Raymore Summary: Actually two courses here, The Rock and the Quarry. The Rock is basically a flat open 6721 yd., par 72 course with only a few pleasant surprises (especially the par 4 tenth). Sorta fun and good course to test clubs on. The Quarry is a 5942 yd., par 71 course that plays tougher than it sounds. Good variation in holes and lots of fun stuff that will really surprise the unwary, like the island 17th at 146 yards that really playsat about 165. Both courses are very well maintained, thou I'd like the tees done a little better. Fairways are well varied, but a little too open. Greens are excellent and somewhat challenging. Fun course and I kind of consider it my home course, thou I play most of the Kansas City area courses. Similar Courses Played: Decent range but tees are pretty bare by early in the season.
