| | Reviewed by: whitnem, Shoots in the 90s Summary: I played this course in April of 2007 and it was in excellent shape and a great golfing experience. Unfortunately, this course is just not being maintained. It is one step above a goat ranch -not what I would expect for $79 greens fees. If you want to be extremely disappointed and feels like you have been ripped off, play Falconhead.

| | Reviewed by: howler, Shoots in the 80s Summary: Falconhead is a very nice course that is open to the public. The course is not tight, and does not have a lot of housing development, so spraying the ball is generally not a problem. There is almost no water, and not many sand traps to content with (1-2 per hole). It is generally an easy course to play, and the conditions are very good almost year-round. Customer Service: Courteous staff, nice facility. Similar Courses Played: Any nice public course.

| | Reviewed by: divotman, Shoots in the 80s Summary: A very scenic, and quite challenging course. it opened 2 years ago. some blind shots, many rolling hills come into play throughout the round. signature hole is #17, a par 3 with the green on a rock shelf overhanging the creek below. check it out on www.falconheadaustin.com
it was designed by the PGA, and is the only PGA Signature course in Texas. course knowledge will help with stategy the next time i play here, which will be often.
