Summary:
This is an "executive" course -- eight par threes and a short par four. But it's questionable whether you would consider it a real course. It's located at an RV park alongside Interstate 35. The course is on a piece of ground that's basically a bare pasture, to which has been added a couple ponds and nine sets of tees and greens.
The Negatives: As the above description suggests, this course will not win any contests for most scenic course. Also, while the tees and greens are well-maintained, the grass on the greens is cut pretty high and therefore the greens are VERY slow. Traps not very good, the sand is hard-packed. Finally, the layout is less than ideal; instead of alternating short/long holes, you start with a long one (200 or so -- yardages are dubious, I don't think they used GPS or other devices to check distances), dropping steadily down to two holes in the middle of the nine that are 90 yards or less, then climbing back up to the 260 yard last hole, a par 4.
The Positives: Seldom crowded. Carts are available. Cost is pretty low (<$20 for 18, including cart).
Overall, it's fun if you're nearby and just want an informal practice round. But definitely not worth travelling to.

Customer Service:
Fair, most of the employees are pleasant enough.
