| | Reviewed by: TXGolfer99, Shoots in the 70s Summary: A tight tree-lined course that plays longer than it appears. The course is a Par 70 with a single (LONG) Par 5 on each side (575yds and 595yds). The Par 3's from the tips play in the 175-220 range). Despite the short yardage overall (6650yds) the course does have some punch. Current condition is less than idea with rumours of a complete fairway and green re-sod (expected in Mar 2004).
Overall a very traditional tight driving course with 100-150 foot Oak and Pecan trees lining most holes. Only two holes have housing on them so you do feel isolated from the local development when playing. Customer Service: Private Club Staff is very friendly courteous. Similar Courses Played: Driving Range. Part of a 3 million dollar renovation by its most famous former member PGA tour player Mark Brooks. I think they should have looked elsewhere...
